MudPenny is looking for baristas to join our team. We’re a growing restaurant group passionate about great coffee, excellent food, and creating meaningful connections with our guests.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve espresso drinks, brewed coffee, teas, and specialty beverages to MudPenny standards
• Provide friendly, attentive, and efficient service to every guest
• Maintain deep knowledge of the menu, including food, coffee, and seasonal offerings
• Keep bar and café areas clean, stocked, and organized
• Support teammates by helping with food running, dishes, or restocking as needed
• Uphold MudPenny hospitality and service standards at all times

Qualifications:

• Previous barista or café experience preferred
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
• Availability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Passion for coffee, hospitality, and learning new skills
