Nude Miami offers a modern alternative to traditional grocery while serving as a discovery platform for emerging clean-label consumer brands. With multiple locations in development, the company is building a scalable platform at the intersection of grocery, prepared food, wellness, and culture.

What You’ll Do

Nude Market is built around transparency — in ingredients, sourcing, and experience. As a Beverage Team Member, you'll execute our full beverage program across specialty coffee, made-to-order smoothies, and cold-pressed juice production in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. You take pride in consistency, speed, and the craft behind every drink.

Responsibilities include:

• Execute the full beverage program — espresso drinks, smoothies, and cold-pressed juice production
• Maintain high output and quality standards during peak volume service
• Dial in grinders, calibrate shots, and texture milk to spec
• Operate cold press equipment and manage batch production schedules
• Manage opening and closing bar procedures
• Maintain cleanliness, product rotation, and mise en place throughout service
• Represent the Nude brand with warmth and product knowledge

Who This Role Is For

This role is ideal for someone who:

• 2+ years of experience in a high-volume café or beverage bar environment
• Hands-on experience executing a full beverage program — coffee, smoothies, and cold-pressed juice
• Strong knowledge of espresso technique, milk texturing, and grinder calibration
• Warm, efficient, and composed under pressure
• Food handler certification (or willingness to obtain before start)
• Reliable, punctual, and self-directed
• Spanish fluency a plus
• Experience with Goodnature X-1 Commercial Juicer and/or La Marzocco espresso machines a plus

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
