Job Description:
We are looking for friendly, reliable, and motivated individuals to join our team as Baristas / Team Members. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing beverages, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve coffee, espresso drinks, and other menu items
• Provide outstanding customer service and create a positive experience
• Operate POS system and handle cash/card transactions
• Maintain cleanliness of the café, including workstations and seating areas
• Restock supplies and assist with inventory as needed
• Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines

Qualifications:

• Previous barista or food service experience preferred (but not required)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Flexible availability, including weekends and mornings
