Barista

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Barista to join our team in creating exceptional coffee experiences for our customers. The ideal candidate will have a passion for coffee and delivering top-notch customer service.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks following company recipes and standards
- Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other coffee-making equipment
- Provide excellent customer service, including taking orders and handling transactions
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station and dining area
- Follow food safety procedures and ensure quality control of all beverages served
- Assist in stocking and replenishing inventory as needed

Skills:

- Proficiency in food safety practices
- Experience in food preparation techniques
- Familiarity with POS systems for order processing
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transactions
- Knowledge of coffee varieties, brewing methods, and flavor profiles
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
