Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and specialty beverages with precision and care
• Operate POS systems to process orders efficiently and accurately
• Engage with customers warmly, providing excellent customer service and addressing their needs promptly
• Handle cash transactions, perform cashiering duties, and manage cash handling responsibilities with accuracy
• Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in accordance with food handling regulations
• Assist in food preparation and food service tasks to ensure quality presentation and timely delivery
• Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve customers quickly while maintaining high standards of quality
• Support inventory management by restocking supplies and monitoring product freshness

Skills

• Familiarity with POS systems
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to create a friendly, welcoming atmosphere
• Effective time management skills to handle multiple tasks seamlessly during peak hours
• Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and accurate order processing
• Knowledge of food safety standards, food handling procedures, and proper food preparation practices
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team in a dynamic café or retail setting
