Be part of something exciting from the very beginning! The brand-new AC Hotel & Element by Marriott in Downtown Boise is looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused AM Barista to help create an exceptional guest experience each morning.

What You’ll Do:

• Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, espresso drinks, and beverages
• Provide friendly, attentive service to hotel guests and customers
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café and workstations
• Handle cash and POS transactions accurately
• Restock supplies and assist with opening procedures
• Create a warm and welcoming atmosphere every morning

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous barista or food & beverage experience preferred (but not required)
• Early morning availability (shifts may start as early as 5:00 AM)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented attitude

Morning shifts (early start required), weekends and holidays as needed
