We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Barista to join our team at our coffee trailer in Round Rock!

You will be opening and closing the trailer on the weekends. (Friday, Saturday, Sunday)

OPEN 6 am - 2pm CLOSE, 8 hour shift

Required reliable vehicle

Required food MANAGERS certificate-- it is easy to get, you can obtain it after hiring...

You will be paid per hour and keep tips made on the weekend.

Preferred Spanish and English Speaking.

On certain busy days you will work with another person in trailer.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and food items according to established recipes and standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the trailer, including workstations, equipment, and dining areas.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures.
• Assist customers with their orders, providing recommendations and answering questions about menu items.
• Operate the square POS system for processing transactions accurately.
• Manage inventory levels by restocking supplies as needed and recording any shortages.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in the coffee industry required
• Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety practices is essential.
• Food management certification, may get after hiring.
• Strong math skills for handling cash transactions and managing inventory.
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Familiarity with a POS systems is a plus.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
• Must have vehicle and valid drivers license
• Preferred Spanish and English Speaking
