Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of high-quality coffee, tea, and specialty beverages with precision and care
• Engage with customers warmly, taking orders accurately and providing friendly, personalized service
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace, including equipment, counters, and seating areas
• Follow all safety and health regulations to ensure a safe environment for staff and guests
• Restock supplies regularly to ensure smooth daily operations and minimize wait times
• Operate espresso machines, grinders, blenders, and other equipment efficiently and responsibly
• Promote new menu items or specials to enhance customer experience and increase sales

Qualifications

• Passion for delivering outstanding customer service with a positive attitude
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Strong communication skills to connect with diverse customers and team members
• Flexibility to work various shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Prior experience in food service or retail is a plus but not required; enthusiasm is key!
• Basic knowledge of health and safety standards relevant to food handling
