**Base pay is between $10.00-$12.00 an hour plus tips.

Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, espresso drinks, teas, and smoothies
- Take customer orders and provide exceptional customer service
- Operate cash register and handle cash transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar area
- Follow recipes and guidelines for food preparation
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations
- Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed
- Collaborate with team members to create a positive and efficient work environment

Skills
- Strong knowledge of retail math for cash handling and transactions
- Experience in food preparation, preferably as a Barista. If not, we will train you
- Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems for order processing
- Excellent food handling skills to ensure quality and safety standards are met
- Passion for coffee and ability to create delicious beverages
- Basic math skills for measuring ingredients and calculating orders
- Strong sales skills to upsell products and promote specials
