Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages with precision and flair, ensuring each drink meets quality standards.
• Greet customers warmly, taking their orders efficiently and accurately while providing friendly, attentive service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the barista station, including equipment, utensils, and work area.
• Manage inventory levels of desserts, coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other supplies to ensure smooth operations.
• Educate customers about menu options and recommend products based on their preferences to enhance their experience.
• Handle cash register transactions accurately and process payments securely.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a lively, efficient environment that promotes teamwork and positive energy.
