Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages with precision and flair, including espresso drinks, teas, and specialty creations
• Engage with customers warmly, taking orders accurately and providing personalized recommendations to enhance their experience
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, ensuring all equipment is sanitized and stocked for smooth operations
• Handle cash register transactions efficiently while ensuring accuracy in billing and change management
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during busy periods and support a positive team environment
• Follow all safety and hygiene standards diligently to uphold quality and cleanliness standards
• Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels and notifying management of supplies needed
