Barista / Latte Artist (Experienced)

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Barista / Latte Artist to join our chic matcha and espresso bar within our members lounge. This role is centered around crafting high-quality coffee and matcha beverages with precision, consistency, and an elevated sense of presentation.
The ideal candidate brings a strong technical foundation in espresso, confidence in milk texturing and latte art, and a natural sense of hospitality. You will play a key role in defining our daily ritual—balancing speed, quality, and a warm, polished guest experience.
What You’ll Do
- Prepare espresso-based drinks and matcha beverages with consistency and care
- Execute clean, refined latte art across all milk-based drinks
- Maintain proper dial-in, extraction, and milk texturing standards
- Uphold high standards of taste, presentation, and beverage quality
- Keep the bar clean, organized, and visually polished at all times
- Manage workflow efficiently during peak hours without compromising quality
- Assist with prep, restocking, and basic inventory management
- Engage with guests in a warm, knowledgeable, and professional manner
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as a barista with strong espresso fundamentals
- Confident in latte art and milk texturing techniques
- Familiarity with matcha preparation (preferred, but can train)
- Strong attention to detail and consistency
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure
- Polished, guest-forward presence and communication skills
- Reliable, professional, and team-oriented
- Flexible availability, including mornings, weekends, and holidays

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
