Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and specialty beverages with precision and flair
• Engage with customers warmly, taking orders accurately and providing personalized recommendations
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace, including equipment and serving areas
• Manage inventory levels for ingredients and supplies to ensure smooth daily operations
• Uphold health, safety, and sanitation standards consistently throughout your shift
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during busy periods
• Assist in training new team members to uphold quality standards and customer satisfaction

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a customer service or food/beverage environment is preferred but not required
• Excellent communication skills with a friendly, positive attitude
• Ability to multitask efficiently in a lively setting while maintaining attention to detail
• Strong work ethic with reliability and punctuality as core qualities
• Basic knowledge of food safety standards and hygiene practices is advantageous
• Willingness to learn new skills and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
