Barista

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced barista to join our team. This role will be responsible for overseeing daily operations during their designated shift, ensuring excellent customer service, and maximizing profitability. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the food industry, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for delivering top-notch service.

**Responsibilities:**

* Preparing and serving coffee drinks (espresso, lattes, cappuccinos, etc.) and other beverages

* Taking customer orders and providing excellent customer service

* Operating and maintaining coffee equipment (espresso machines, grinders, brewers)

* Handling cash transactions and operating the point-of-sale (POS) system

* Maintaining a clean and organized workspace

* Following health and safety guidelines

* Stocking and replenishing supplies

* Providing product knowledge and recommendations to customers

* Opening and closing duties

* Creating a welcoming and friendly environment for customers

**Experience:**

- Previous experience in the food industry is required

- Familiarity with cash handling procedures and financial accountability

- Strong knowledge of food safety protocols and regulations

- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to resolve issues efficiently
