We are looking for a passionate and skilled *Barista* to join the team. As a Barista, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional guest experience by preparing high-quality coffee and beverages while maintaining the cafe's standards of service and aesthetics. *Key Responsibilities*

- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, teas, and other beverages in accordance with Café's recipes and standards.

- Greet customers warmly, provide excellent customer service, and create a welcoming atmosphere.

- Operate and maintain coffee machines and equipment, ensuring cleanliness and functionality.

- Handle customer transactions accurately using the POS system.

- Educate customers on the Café brand, coffee origins, and menu items.

- Uphold cleanliness and organization of the café space, including workstations, seating areas, and storage.

- Assist with restocking inventory and monitoring supplies.

- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations and uphold brand values.

*Qualifications & Skills*

- Prior barista experience in a specialty coffee shop or similar environment preferred.

- Passion for coffee, customer service, and hospitality.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

- Knowledge of espresso machines, brewing methods, and latte art is a plus.

- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.

- Team player with a positive and proactive attitude.
