Position Details:<ul><li>Location: Crosby, TX</li><li>Hours of Operation: 5:00 AM &ndash; 8:00 PM</li><li>Shift Availability: Morning, mid, and evening shifts available</li><li>Pay: Hourly + shared tip pool</li></ul>Responsibilities:<ul><li>Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, espresso drinks, and teas</li><li>Provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Operate and navigate the Toast POS system</li><li>Maintain cleanliness and organization of the caf&eacute;</li><li>Restock supplies and assist with opening/closing duties</li><li>Work efficiently while maintaining consistency and accuracy</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Previous barista experience REQUIRED</li><li>Experience using Toast POS (or similar system) preferred</li><li>Ability to work early morning shifts (as early as 5:00 AM)</li><li>Strong communication and teamwork skills</li><li>Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented</li><li>Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Part-timePay: $10.00 - $16.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Paid training</li></ul>Work Location: In person
