Position Overview:
Caffeina Specialty Coffee is seeking enthusiastic and service-driven Baristas to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about hospitality, quality coffee, and creating a welcoming environment for every guest. As a Barista, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional beverages, maintaining high operational standards, and contributing to a positive team culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve high-quality espresso beverages, coffee, and food items to company standards
• Provide friendly, attentive, and engaging customer service
• Learn and maintain knowledge of specialty coffee, brewing methods, and menu offerings
• Accurately take orders and process cash and credit transactions
• Operate espresso machines, grinders, and brewing equipment safely and effectively
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked workspace
• Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
• Assist with inventory management, restocking, and daily prep tasks
• Support team members and contribute to a collaborative work environment
• Complete assigned opening, closing, and shift duties
• Be punctual and maintain consistent attendance

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $22.00 per hour
