As a Barista, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our customers while preparing high-quality beverages and food items. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy working with awesome people, this position is for you!

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and food items according to established recipes and standards.
• Engage with customers to take orders, provide recommendations, and ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workspaces, including equipment and seating areas.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Effectively take and handle orders through our drive-thru.

Skills

• Strong customer service skills to engage positively with guests.
• Barista experience is required.
• Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques.
• Proficient in cash handling procedures.
• Time management abilities, the ability to work well under pressure, and the ability to multitask.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $16.00 per hour
