Duties

Customer Service

• Greet customers and take orders accurately
• Provide a welcoming and positive customer experience
• Handle customer questions and basic concerns professionally

Beverage & Food Preparation

• Prepare coffee, espresso drinks, and food items according to recipes
• Maintain consistency in quality, taste, and presentation
• Follow portioning and product standards

Store Operations

• Operate POS system and handle transactions accurately
• Maintain cleanliness of workstations, dining areas, and equipment
• Restock supplies and ingredients as needed

Team Support

• Work collaboratively with team members during shifts
• Follow direction from Lead Shift and management
• Assist with opening, closing, and side work duties

Food Safety & Cleanliness

• Follow health and safety guidelines
• Properly store, label, and handle food and beverages
