Position Summary

Hi bake is seeking dedicated, experienced and responsible Barista/FOH members to join our team at Hi bake. This role is a key part of our back-of-house operations, ensuring excellent customer food quality, efficiency, and adherence to company standards

Pay rate: $17.50Hour (Based on experience + tips pool)

Availability: Evenings, Weekends, and Holidays

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a friendly, helpful attitude and provide excellent service
• Take and process customer orders for pastries, bread, and coffee drinks
• Prepare all drinks
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front-of-house and barista station
• Restock supplies and assist with merchandising bakery displays
• Handle transactions using POS system accurately and efficiently
• Communicate effectively with the BOH team to ensure smooth service

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing role
• Basic knowledge of barista equipment
• Barista skills required: Ability to dial in espresso, steam milk, and prepare lattes, cappuccinos, etc.
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Able to lift, push, and carry up to 30 lbs
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
