Barista

Job Summary
We are a luxury hair salon with a thoughtfully curated, intimate café at the heart of our space. We’re seeking a full-time Barista who understands that exceptional hospitality is just as important as beautifully crafted drinks.

In this role, you’ll prepare coffee and specialty beverages for our clients while enhancing and personalizing their salon experience. You’ll be a consistent, welcoming presence greeting clients with warmth, remembering preferences, and contributing to the high-end atmosphere that defines our space.

Hospitality is central to everything we do. We’re looking for someone attentive, polished, and people-oriented, who takes pride in creating meaningful moments through service. Prior barista experience is preferred, along with the ability to work independently in an intimate setting.

Duties

• Prepare and serve coffee, teas, and specialty beverages with consistency and attention to detail
• Create a welcoming experience for salon clients by engaging thoughtfully, remembering preferences, and offering personalized recommendations
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually polished café area that aligns with a luxury salon environment
• Support the overall client journey by anticipating needs and collaborating seamlessly with the salon team
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and proper handling standards
• Manage time effectively during busy periods while maintaining a calm, high-end service experience

Qualifications

• Prior barista experience preferred
• Strong hospitality mindset with a client-first approach
• Polished, professional demeanor suited to a luxury setting
• Detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable working independently
• Ability to multitask while maintaining composure and quality
• Passion for creating elevated, personalized experiences

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
