Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and specialty drinks with precision and flair.
• Engage with customers warmly, taking orders accurately and providing excellent customer service.
• Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process transactions efficiently and accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in food preparation areas, ensuring compliance with health regulations.
• Handle cash transactions, perform cashiering duties, and manage cash handling responsibilities with integrity.
• Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure prompt service and minimize wait times.
• Assist in food handling, basic food preparation, and serving snacks or light menu items as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous barista experience or strong coffee knowledge is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude.
• Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and sales transactions.
• Knowledge of food safety practices, food handling procedures, and serving standards.
• Ability to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
