Barista

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Barista to join our team. You'll be the first impression for every guest who orders a coffee — precision, speed, and hospitality are non-negotiable.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve espresso-based and specialty beverages to a consistent standard
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station
• Engage guests with a confident, welcoming attitude
• Manage stock, monitor freshness, and flag replenishment needs
• Follow health and safety standards at all times

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of barista experience (café or restaurant setting)
• essential knowledge in Menu creating and developing
• Strong knowledge of espresso extraction, milk texturing, and drink ratios
• Ability to work under pressure during peak hours
• Reliable, punctual, and a team player

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to KD300.000 per month
