Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and specialty beverages with precision and flair
• Engage with customers warmly, taking orders accurately and providing personalized recommendations
• Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process transactions efficiently and accurately
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area, including food prep stations and seating areas
• Handle cash, credit card transactions, and cash handling procedures with integrity and accuracy
• Follow food safety standards and proper food handling procedures to ensure quality and safety
• Assist in food preparation tasks, including basic food handling and serving snacks or light meals when needed

Requirements

• Familiarity with POS systems like clover.
• Strong time management skills to handle busy periods smoothly
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude
• Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and transaction processing
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Experience in the food industry or café setting is a plus
