Position Summary

As a Barista / Team Member at UMe, you will be responsible for preparing beverages and food items, providing excellent customer service, maintaining store cleanliness, and supporting daily store operations in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare milk tea, fruit tea, coffee, and other menu items according to company recipes and standards
• Provide friendly and professional customer service
• Operate POS system and handle cash/card transactions accurately
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of front and back of house areas
• Restock ingredients, supplies, and packaging items
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and health guidelines
• Assist with opening and closing duties
• Support teammates to ensure smooth store operations
• Promote company products, membership programs, and seasonal promotions when needed

Qualifications

• Previous food service or barista experience preferred but not required
• Positive attitude and strong communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays preferred
• Food Handler Certificate preferred (or willingness to obtain)
