RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare hot and cold drinks in accordance with customer needs as well as prepare drink batches for following days
• Provide welcoming phone greeting and follow guest ordering procedures
• Promptly address customer service issues and refer customers to management when necessary
• Protect establishment and customers by adhering to sanitation, safety, and health control policies
• Keep kitchen staff informed by noting the timing of meal progression
• Demonstrate ability to communicate and work with team members
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
• Perform basic tasks as needed or directed by supervisor
• Fill in for absent staff as needed
• Adhere to grooming and appearance standards consistently

QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience in customer service industry preferred but not required
• Ability to listen and communicate effectively
• Able to multitask efficiently
• Strong organizational skills
