Now Hiring: Barista – Join Our Cafe & Bistro Team in San Jose, California!

We’re looking for a dedicated Barista to join our team at our cafe and bistro in San Jose! If you have a passion for crafting high-quality dishes in a fast-paced kitchen environment, we’d love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare high-quality coffee, espresso drinks, and teas, including authentic chai and other drinks on the menu
• Steam milk and craft latte art (preferred but not required).
• Take customer orders, process payments, and provide excellent service.
• Maintain cleanliness of the café and workstation.
• Restock ingredients and ensure freshness of coffee beans and tea leaves.
• Light prep work and back kitchen tasks based on needs of cafe
• Educate customers on menu offerings and customization options.

Requirements:

• Prior barista experience preferred
• Passion for coffee and tea culture.
• Strong customer service and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Requirements:

• Must be located in the Bay Area or willing to relocate.
• Must have or secure legal authorization to work in the U.S. (Valid work permit required – U.S. Citizens, Green Card holders, or those with valid work authorization such H4EAD).

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $18.75 - $20.00 per hour
