Barista

We are looking for a polished, energetic Barista to join our specialty coffee team. The ideal candidate brings strong coffee knowledge, refined attention to detail, and a modern sense of hospitality to create a welcoming, elevated café experience for every guest.

Responsibilities:

· Prepare espresso, iced drinks, and signature beverages with consistency, precision, and style

· Deliver warm, polished service and build genuine connections with guests

· Maintain a clean, organized, and visually strong bar setup throughout the shift

· Follow recipes, presentation standards, and daily routines with care and efficiency

· Contribute to a positive team culture and a standout specialty café atmosphere

Qualifications:

· Previous barista or specialty café experience preferred

· Solid knowledge of espresso-based drinks and brewing fundamentals

· Strong communication skills and a natural guest-focused approach

· Well-organized, detail-oriented, and confident during busy service

Professional, reliable, and genuinely passionate about coffee culture

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: BD200.000 - BD280.000 per month
