What You’ll Do

• Prepare espresso drinks, coffee, matcha, teas, smoothies, and specialty beverages with consistency and care
• Provide warm, welcoming customer service and help create a memorable guest experience
• Operate our Square POS system for orders and transactions
• Assist guests with menu questions and recommendations
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and inviting café environment
• Support light food prep, pastry plating, and front counter service
• Restock ingredients, cups, pastries, and café supplies throughout shifts
• Work efficiently during busy brunch and coffee rushes while staying calm and positive
• Follow food safety and cleanliness standards at all times

What We’re Looking For

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Friendly, outgoing personality with strong communication skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced setting
• Barista or café experience is a plus, but we’re willing to train the right person
• Passion for coffee, hospitality, and creating experiences for guests
• Reliable transportation and weekend availability preferred
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift light café supplies when needed
