Location: Ajman Jolly, Ajman, UAE

We are looking for an energetic, passionate, and customer-oriented Barista to join our team in Ajman Jolly.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Barista in a café, restaurant, or hospitality setting
• Willing to work in Ajman
• Knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and beverage presentation
• Experience operating espresso machines and coffee equipment
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Friendly personality with a positive attitude
• Strong teamwork and multitasking abilities
• Clean, organized, and detail-oriented
• Basic English communication skills (Arabic is an advantage)

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and specialty beverages according to company standards
• Take customer orders accurately and provide excellent service
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station and equipment
• Monitor stock levels and inform supervisors of shortages
• Ensure quality, consistency, and presentation of beverages
• Follow hygiene, food safety, and sanitation standards
• Assist team members to ensure smooth daily operations
