Barista

WE ARE CURRENTLY HIRING FOR SPECIFIC SHIFT COMBINATIONS ONLY

To create a more balanced and sustainable schedule for our team, we are looking for applicants who can reliably and consistently work the following grouped shifts.

POTENTIAL BARISTA POSITIONS

3 Part-Time Baristas who can work:

• Monday + Friday afternoons (16 hours)
• Tuesday + Saturday afternoons (16 hours)
• Wednesday + Sunday afternoons (16 hours)

OR

2 Part-Time Baristas who can work:

• Monday, Tuesday, Saturday afternoons (24 hours)
• Wednesday, Friday, Sunday afternoons (24 hours)

OR

For the Ambitious Unicorn Baddie, 1 Full-Time Barista who can cover:
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday afternoons (30-40 hours)

This role is NOT for the faint of heart. It is a fast-paced position best suited for someone who enjoys staying active, is ambitious, reliable, hardworking, has a strong sense of urgency, and feels energized by busy café environments.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• Minimum 1 year of coffee/barista experience preferred
• All applicants MUST be able to consistently contribute at least one weekend shift each week
• Reliable, punctual, and able to hustle during busy rushes
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes and standards consistently
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume café environment
• Positive attitude and team-player mindset
• Must have a strong sense of urgency and awareness during peak hours
• Looking for potential long-term baristas that we can invest our time and energy into — NOT considering short term or seasonal work.
• Must be dependable with attendance and communication
• Open availability during Holidays
• Ability to stay active and on your feet for extended periods of time

Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour
