Barista

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a love for coffee, a knack for creating delicious beverages, and a dedication to delivering outstanding customer service. You will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of drinks, maintaining a clean workspace, and providing a friendly, welcoming experience to all our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, smoothies, and other specialty drinks.

• Take customer orders and process payments accurately using the POS system.

• Maintain a clean and organized workstation, including the coffee bar and equipment.

• Ensure all orders are prepared to the highest standards and served in a timely manner.

• Provide excellent customer service by greeting and interacting with guests in a friendly and professional manner.

• Answer customer questions about menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods.

• Adhere to all health and safety regulations, ensuring cleanliness and food safety at all times.

• Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth and efficient service.

• Handle customer complaints and feedback with professionalism, seeking solutions when necessary.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a barista or in a similar role preferred.

• Knowledge of various brewing techniques and coffee equipment.

• Strong communication and customer service skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.

• Attention to detail and the ability to maintain high standards of beverage quality.

• Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Positive attitude, team spirit, and willingness to learn.
