Barista

Do you love coffee, fast-paced environments, and creating memorable customer experiences? We’re looking for energetic, friendly, and dependable individuals to join our East Dearborn team as Baristas at Qahwah House!

What You’ll Do

• Prepare and serve specialty coffee, espresso drinks, teas, and signature beverages
• Deliver outstanding customer service with a welcoming attitude
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café
• Handle cash register and customer transactions accurately
• Work efficiently during busy rushes while staying positive and professional
• Learn menu items and confidently recommend drinks and desserts to customers
• Support teammates and help create a strong team environment

What We’re Looking For

• Friendly, outgoing personality with strong communication skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Previous café or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
• Passion for coffee, culture, and community
