Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and specialty drinks with precision and flair.
• Engage with customers warmly, answering questions about menu items and making personalized recommendations.
• Handle cash transactions, perform cashiering duties, and manage cash handling with accuracy.
• Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards by following proper food handling and preparation procedures.
• Assist in food preparation and serving snacks or light meals as needed to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Manage time effectively during busy periods to deliver prompt service while maintaining quality standards.
• Enjoy the experience and have fun doing it!

Qualifications

• Previous barista experience or strong coffee experience is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated excellent customer service skills with the ability to connect positively with diverse guests.
• Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and accurate order processing.
• Knowledge of food safety practices, food handling, and food industry standards.
• Experience in serving or food service roles that require multitasking and quick thinking.
• Work well within a team.

Pay: $15.50 - $16.50 per hour
