Pasadena’s favorite coffee spot is expanding! We are thrilled to announce that The Cosmic Bean is launching its brand-new location: The Cosmic Station.

We’re looking for high-energy, coffee-obsessed Baristas to help us bring our signature vibe and stellar brews to this new space. If you want to be part of a family-owned team that’s a staple in the local community, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Be Doing

* Crafting the Classics: Dialing in espresso shots and steaming silky micro-foam for everything from flat whites to our signature cosmic lattes.

* Creating a Vibe: Welcoming every guest with a genuine smile—you're the face of the "Station" and the first person our regulars see.

* Keeping it Clean: Maintaining a tidy workspace and ensuring our new shop stays sparkling and inviting.

* Being a Pro: Handling transactions accurately and sharing your knowledge about our unique roasts and brewing methods.

Who You Are

* Experienced (or Eager!): Previous barista experience is a huge plus, especially if you’ve worked with manual espresso machines. If you have a killer work ethic and a love for coffee, we can train you on the rest.

* A People Person: You genuinely enjoy chatting with the Pasadena community and thrive in a social, fast-paced environment.

* Reliable: You understand that being on time is essential for a small team, especially during a new opening.

* Detail-Oriented: You care about the "golden ratio" and wouldn't dream of serving a drink that isn't up to The Cosmic Bean standards.

Pay: $11.00 - $15.00 per hour
