Barista

Bait Maryam Restaurant is seeking a passionate, energetic, and customer-focused Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee, tea, and other beverages while delivering exceptional customer service. The Barista will ensure consistency in beverage preparation, maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards, and contribute to creating a welcoming experience for our guests.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee, tea, and specialty beverages according to company recipes and quality standards.
• Operate coffee machines, grinders, and other beverage preparation equipment safely and efficiently.
• Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and addressing inquiries in a professional manner.
• Ensure consistency in beverage presentation, taste, and quality.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station, equipment, and work areas at all times.
• Monitor stock levels of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other supplies, and report shortages to the supervisor.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards in compliance with company policies and local regulations.
• Handle cash and process customer transactions accurately when required.
• Assist with opening and closing duties, including equipment setup, cleaning, and inventory checks.
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations and a positive guest experience.
• Promote menu items and upsell products when appropriate.
• Report equipment malfunctions, maintenance needs, or customer concerns to the supervisor promptly.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,200.00 per month
