Barista

Join a specialty coffee brand that blends precision, creativity, and warmth. We are not just a café it’s a culture. We’re looking for a full-time Barista who treats the bar like their own studio, crafting drinks that are as beautiful as they are delicious.

What You’ll Do:

• Prepare and serve specialty coffee, fresh juices, mocktails, frappes, and shakes
• Create signature drinks using syrups, seasonal ingredients, and your own flair
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and stock organization
• Operate espresso machines, blenders, juicers, and chillers with confidence
• Present drinks with visual finesse every cup should be Instagram worthy

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 4 years of barista experience across coffee and beverage categories
• Fluent in English with a warm, professional attitude
• Full-time availability, including weekends and peak hours
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for drink aesthetics
• Self-managed, reliable, and committed to team harmony
• Creative mindset with a love for experimenting and elevating the menu

Pay: Up to AED3,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
