Job Summary:

The Barista will prepare and serve high-quality beverages, maintain a clean and organized workspace, and provide exceptional customer service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve specialty coffee drinks and other beverages
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards
• Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest queries and concerns
• Develop knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods
• Manage cash transactions, operate point-of-sale systems, and handle payments
• Collaborate with other staff to ensure seamless service delivery

Requirements:

• 1+ year of experience as a Barista/Bartender or similar role
• Knowledge of coffee preparation techniques, cocktail recipes, and mixology
• Ability to work efficiently, multitask, and maintain attention to detail
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work varied shifts, including mornings, evenings, and weekends
