Barista

Corvus Coffee Roasters is hiring coffee professionals in Denver.

Corvus is dedicated to advancing sustainability and quality for farmers at origin while building demand for premium, relationship-driven coffee. We work directly with producers and are passionate about telling their stories with integrity and care.

Compensation:
This role offers a hourly base wage plus tips. The listed pay range reflects total expected hourly earnings, including tips.

Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities):

• Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation
• Availability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
• Meet store operating policies and standards, including preparing quality beverages and food, cash handling, safety, and security, with or without reasonable accommodation
• Engage with customers in a thoughtful and professional manner, discovering and responding to their needs through clear and welcoming communication
• Specialty coffee experience preferred but not required
