Barista

Knot Bakehouse is currently looking for passionate and experienced Baristas to join our growing team in Sharjah.

We are specifically looking for candidates with a strong background in specialty coffee, who are passionate about coffee culture, quality service, and delivering an exceptional guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve specialty coffee beverages according to company standards
• Operate espresso machines, grinders, and café equipment efficiently
• Ensure consistency in coffee quality, taste, and presentation
• Provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming guest experience
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station and service area
• Monitor stock levels and support inventory management
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and operational standards at all times
• Assist in handling customer orders, cashiering, and daily café operations when required
• Maintain knowledge of coffee beans, brewing techniques, and specialty coffee trends

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Barista within specialty coffee concepts is a must
• Strong knowledge of espresso-based beverages, brewing methods, latte art, and coffee extraction
• Experience handling specialty coffee equipment and grinders
• Passion for coffee culture and guest engagement
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Excellent English communication skills is a must
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• UAE experience in a specialty coffee shops is preferred
• Candidates currently based in the UAE will be highly preferred

Preferred Background:

Candidates from specialty coffee brands, artisan cafés, lifestyle café concepts, or premium bakery environments will be highly considered.
