Barista

We are looking for friendly, reliable, and energetic Baristas to join our team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality beverages, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve coffee, espresso, and specialty drinks according to company standards
• Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other equipment properly
• Provide friendly and efficient customer service
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace and dining area
• Handle cash and POS transactions accurately
• Restock supplies and assist with opening and closing duties
• Ensure all food safety and sanitation guidelines are followed

Requirements:

• Previous barista or food service experience preferred (training provided)
• Basic knowledge of coffee and espresso drinks is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs
