Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of high-quality coffee and espresso beverages with precision and care
• Run the bar back register to provide retail sales, baked goods, limited cocktails, canned beverages, and assist the kitchen in delivering our gourmet pizzas to customers
• Engage with customers in a warm, friendly manner, providing exceptional service that encourages repeat visits
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station and market, ensuring health and safety standards are met at all times
• Operate coffee brewing equipment efficiently, troubleshooting issues as needed to ensure smooth service
• Upsell menu items and promote new products to enhance customer satisfaction and sales opportunities
• Handle cash register transactions accurately and manage point-of-sale systems with confidence
• Support stock replenishment by monitoring inventory levels and restocking supplies promptly - notify of any upcoming inventory shortages for ordering

Requirements

• Passion for coffee, customer service, and creating positive experiences for guests
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with energy and enthusiasm
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor
• Strong attention to detail for beverage preparation and cleanliness standards
• Flexible shifts, including mornings, weekends, fill-in dates, etc.
• Previous experience in food service or retail is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights as needed
• TIPS training will be paid for and provided
