Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and other beverages with precision and flair
• Operate POS systems such as Squre to process orders accurately and efficiently
• Engage with customers warmly, providing excellent service and answering questions about menu items
• Handle cash transactions, perform cashiering duties, and manage cash handling with accuracy
• Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in food preparation and serving areas
• Assist with food handling, basic food preparation, and ensuring proper food safety protocols are followed
• Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve customers promptly while maintaining quality standards

Requirements

• Prior experience as a Barista is required
• Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and energetic approach
• Knowledge of POS systems is advantageous
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours
• Basic math skills for retail math, cash handling, and order accuracy
• Understanding of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures
• Ability to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
