Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of high-quality coffee, tea, and specialty beverages with precision and flair
• Engage warmly with customers, taking orders and providing personalized recommendations to enhance their visit
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace, including equipment, counters, and seating areas
• Manage cash register operations accurately, including processing payments and issuing receipts
• Restock supplies regularly to ensure smooth service during busy hours
• Follow all safety and sanitation standards to uphold health regulations and ensure customer safety
• Collaborate with team members to create a lively, efficient, and welcoming environment that encourages repeat visits

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
• Strong teamwork skills and willingness to assist colleagues as needed
• Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Passion for coffee or food service is a plus; eagerness to learn new techniques is highly valued
• Prior experience in customer service or food/beverage industry is beneficial but not required; training will be provided
