We are looking to grow our team at our NEW Sur Coffee location in Laguna Beach!

Role Responsibilities:

• Greet guests with excitement and kindness, hospitality isn't a transaction - it's a posture.
• Take orders using Square POS, guiding guests through the menu and providing recommendations when needed.
• Prepare delicious, high-quality coffee, tea, and other beverages with consistency, speed, and efficiency.
• Maintain a clean, organized store & workspace, including completing deep cleaning tasks as assigned.
• Prepare a small menu of food items including breakfast, lunch, and full day offerings.

About You:

• Friendly personality, you are someone who genuinely cares for others and wants to build connections!
• Adaptable and able to adjust quickly to changing situations.
• Able to multi-task, remain calm under pressure, and work with urgency in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable, punctual, and flexible.
• Willing to take on a variety of responsibilities including: cooking, baking, making drinks, taking orders, etc.
• Available to work at least 2 days a week, with one day of weekend availability required.
• Coffee experience is preferred, but not required. Interest in coffee is a must!

Position Details:

• Part Time: 10 - 25 hours per week (2-4 shifts)
• Long term and seasonal opportunities available.
• Willing and able to work shifts ranging from 5 am start time to 6:30 pm end time.
• 2 days of availability minimum, with one weekend day required.
• Shifts including: cooking, baking, making drinks, taking orders, etc.
• Hourly Pay: $17.50 + tips (average $4-$6 per hour)
