Schedule: Morning shifts including weekends and holidays

Job Description:
The Country Club of Little Rock is looking for an enthusiastic and professional Barista to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for delivering a high-end, personalized experience to our members by crafting quality beverages, maintaining an inviting atmosphere, and providing exceptional service in our dining areas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Member Engagement: Greet members warmly and engage with them to create a welcoming atmosphere while fulfilling their beverage and food orders.
• Beverage Preparation: Prepare high-quality handcrafted beverages (e.g., coffee, espresso drinks) according to established recipes.
• Food Service: Serve food items and follow proper presentation and safety standards.
• Inventory Management: Maintain inventory, ensuring stock levels are sufficient. Regularly check for expired or damaged items.
• Cleanliness: Complete daily cleaning tasks, including maintaining the cleanliness of the barista station, dining area, and equipment.
• Stocking Supplies: Ensure that all items, such as cups, napkins, and condiments, are stocked and readily available for members.
• Order Management: Process member orders accurately using the POS system and assist with any inquiries regarding menu items.
• Team Support: Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient service and smooth operations, especially during peak hours.
• Member Satisfaction: Address any member concerns promptly, ensuring that their experience exceeds expectations.
• Safety Standards: Adhere to all food safety protocols, maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
• Additional Responsibilities: Opportunity for extended hours assisting with banquet operations, including prep, setup, teardown, and cleanup (typically 1:30–2:30 PM, but will vary based on business needs).

Qualifications:

• Previous barista or food service experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and maintain composure in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a high level of cleanliness and organization.
• A positive attitude and genuine desire to create memorable experiences for our members.
• Creativity for suggesting new menu items or special offerings (preferred but not required).
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, early mornings, and holidays.
