Barista

At Lovetta, we pride ourselves on crafting high-quality coffee and creating a warm, welcoming environment for our customers. We’re a community-focused café with a vibrant team, and we’re looking for enthusiastic individuals who are passionate about great coffee and excellent service to join us.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages with care and consistency.
• Deliver exceptional customer service with a positive attitude.
• Handle customer transactions accurately using a POS system.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace, including the café and seating areas.
• Assist with stocking, food preparation, and other operational tasks as needed.
• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth daily operations.

What We’re Looking For:

• Enthusiastic individuals who are passionate about coffee and customer service.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience as a barista or in customer service is not required but strongly recommended. We’ll also provide training for the right candidate!
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
