Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of boba drinks and teas with precision
• Greet customers warmly, taking their orders accurately and efficiently while providing excellent service
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area, including counters, equipment, and seating areas
• Handle cash register operations, process payments securely, and issue receipts
• Restock supplies regularly to ensure all ingredients and products are available for service
• Assist with opening, closing, and daily shop operations

• Follow health and safety guidelines diligently to ensure a safe environment for both guests and staff

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a barista or in a customer service role is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key!
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Proactive and willing to jump in wherever needed.
• Must be a team player
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable, punctual, and customer-focused
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately
• Knowledge of tea brewing techniques or barista experience are nice-to-have but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate
