Barista

Small coffee shop looking for barista with minimum 1 year coffee making experience.

-Minimum 1 year experience in a customer service position

-Minimum 1 year coffee making experience, including dialing in espresso, milk frothing and latte art

-Passion for excellent customer service and coffee

-Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

-High level of emotional intelligence with a positive outlook and good sense of humor

-Attention to detail and quality in both coffee making and customer relations

-Available weekdays and weekends, 25-30 hrs/week

-Starting pay is $16.00 hourly plus tips

New hires will be required to take the free coffee training course offered by our roaster, Counter Culture. Priority will be given to applicants who already have food protection certificate.
