Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of high-quality coffee and tea beverages according to established recipes and customer preferences
• Greet customers warmly, taking orders accurately and efficiently while providing friendly service throughout their visit
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area, including counters, equipment, and seating spaces
• Handle cash register operations, process transactions accurately, and manage POS systems with confidence
• Restock supplies regularly to ensure all ingredients and materials are available for smooth service
• Follow health and safety standards diligently to uphold a clean, safe environment for staff and guests
• Collaborate with team members to create a lively, energetic atmosphere that encourages guest satisfaction and repeat visits

Skills

• Excellent communication skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor that engages customers positively
• Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Strong teamwork skills, eager to support colleagues and contribute to a vibrant café culture
• Basic knowledge of coffee brewing techniques, espresso machines, and beverage presentation preferred but not required—training provided!
• Flexibility to work various shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• A proactive attitude with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
• Prior experience in food service or retail is a plus but not mandatory; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key
